Carta d.o.o. was founded with strong female will and the idea that Croatian people can achieve great things. In the course of time, male employees have also joined the company, in management and the production process.
We currently have 30 – 40 permanent employees and are proud of the gender balance within the company, despite the demanding and sometimes harsh production.
We want to grow each year in numbers, but also in the unity and prosperity of our employees, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Despite numerous obstacles, the legislation, and red tape, we are happy that our product is always manufactured in the same quality, in compliance with EU regulations and the legal framework of the Republic of Croatia.
