Valve bags are mostly used for construction materials, such as cement, lime, different types of plaster, ceramic glues, insulation and facade materials, etc. They are also used in the milling industry, for sugar, pharmaceutical products, chemical products, and various other food products. As the name suggests, they are closed with a valve on one side, and are closed by the valve after being filled.

The customer can choose the valve they need, and we offer the following: cement valve, double cement valve, PE or paper plugs, protruding valve with or without finger grip, protruding valve for welding. The valve’s width can be smaller than the width of the bottom of the valve bag. Depending on the dimensions and material they are filled with, valve bags may withstand a weight from 5 to 50 kilograms. They can be produced from 1 to 4 paper layers, whereby the outer paper layer, depending on the customer’s request, may be white or brown, with a print in 6 colors, or without it. The print can be applied to the bag’s body, and/or its valve in the aforementioned number of colors. If the bag is multi-layered, the layers may be composed of paper, HDPE foil or PE coated paper. HDPE foil or PE coated paper are used if the material filled into the bag is hygroscopic or greasy.

Depending on the customer’s needs, we can perforate the outer and/or inner layers of the bag. Microperforation of the paper allows for increased anti-slip properties of the filled bag on a pallet, and what is more important, it allows the air to leave the bag more easily while the material is being filled into the bag. We can also offer ventilation perforation that does not provide anti-slip properties, but solely the faster air outflow from and material inflow into the bag.

In addition to the aforementioned, we can offer bags with a HDPE layer, which can be the so-called easy air flow bags, and the foil is not perforated in that case. We also offer easy open valve bags. For packages for 5 to 10 kilograms, the bag can have a handle, for easier handling.
